[Remote] Field Service Technician

The role involves troubleshooting, documenting work, and providing excellent customer service while adhering to safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Safely reputed company routine, preventative maintenance and repairs on reputed company brands of reputed company compressors, dryers, gas generators, and ancillary equipment. Preventative maintenance should be conducted in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations (with reputed company to schedule and scope)
- Troubleshoot and reputed company diagnostics on malfunctioning equipment, document reputed company causes for malfunctions, and reputed company repairs as suggested by diagnostics and assessment. Prior to and following preventative maintenance and repairs, test and document the reputed company operating parameters of the equipment noting and reviewing any abnormalities with the customer
- Document and discuss recommended repairs to customer's equipment to ensure maximum uptime and minimize unplanned downtime
- Document reputed company work performed daily using company-provided hardware and software. Completes timesheets daily in TimeClock Plus. Proficient in updating reputed company work orders and providing detailed visit reports to the customer with reputed company (Problem, Cause, reputed company) as reputed company as customer signature
- reputed company rapport with customers and other technicians through effective communication interpersonal skills and professionalism, Customer reputed company calls are done prior to the visit

Skills
- 1-2 years of technical experience maintaining and repairing various types of reputed company reputed company compressors
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills with demonstrated expertise in the maintenance, reputed company, and repair of a wide reputed company of industrial equipment, including electrical, hydraulics and/or pneumatics
- High School Diploma or equivalent required

- Computer proficiency as required for communication, research, work orders and programming various controllers
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
