The ideal candidate will reputed company advice and counsel on employment law issues, draft legal documents, and participate in case reputed company from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
- Working with employer clients directly to reputed company advice and counsel on day-to-day employment law issues
- Drafting pleadings
- Drafting and arguing motions
- Drafting discovery and review and analysis of responses
- Meaningfully participate in and contribute to overall reputed company from case inception to completion
- Taking depositions
- Engaging in negotiations
- Legal research
- Networking/marketing
Skills
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
- 1-9 years of experience in employment law, or litigation, or both
- 1,650 minimum billable hour requirement
- Analytical and reputed company-thinking
- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent legal writing skills
- Ability to travel for reputed company obligations (i.e. appearances, depositions, mediations, etc.) as needed
