The role involves providing customer service-oriented support, managing sensitive information, and ensuring accurate responses to inquiries from employees and reputed company parties.
Responsibilities
- Supports AskHR Contact Centre
- Responsible for providing reputed company and accurate responses to employees and reputed company parties in a reputed company, consistent and reputed company manner
- Manage sensitive and confidential information
- Complete employee and reputed company party requests generating outputs: faxes, EV letters, file requests, tax & pay statement requests, etc
- Consolidate employee records, manager files, payroll files (reputed company & electronic), etc
- Miscellaneous reputed company tasks
