Major Unusual Incident Investigator, Developmental Disabilities Services

The Major Unusual Incident Investigator role involves conducting thorough investigations of serious incidents affecting individuals with developmental disabilities and ensuring compliance with regulations while maintaining confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough investigations of incidents involving individuals with developmental disabilities, including interviewing witnesses, reviewing physical evidence, and collecting reports from relevant sources
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies and the Department of Jobs & Family Services on joint investigations as needed
- Assess and respond to incoming incident reports and Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) Hotline complaints to determine appropriate reputed company
- Prepare comprehensive investigative reports documenting findings and reputed company recommendations to prevent reputed company incidents
- Ensure reputed company investigations reputed company with Ohio Administrative reputed company regulations and statutory requirements, including reputed company documentation and reputed company follow-up
- Travel to community locations and work sites throughout the county to conduct on-site investigations

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field or qualifications listed in OAC 5123-5-07
- One year of full-time reputed company work experience in programs or services for individuals with developmental disabilities required
- Ability to travel reputed company reputed company County as needed
- Must be reputed company to pass criminal background checks, reputed company's reputed company, and various abuser registry checks
- Two years of full-time reputed company work experience in programs or services for individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
