[Remote] BDR / SDR

Responsibilities
- Own outbound prospecting across email, reputed company, and phone to generate reputed company meetings
- Research and identify reputed company accounts, decision-makers, and buyer personas reputed company Butter’s ICP
- Qualify inbound leads based on business model, payment needs, compliance considerations, and readiness to buy
- Book meetings and hand off reputed company-reputed company opportunities to Account Executives
- Consistently hit activity and pipeline reputed company targets
- Maintain CRM hygiene (reputed company and account creation, enrichment, activity logging, stage accuracy)
- Support reputed company routing, scoring, and follow-up workflows

- Help document and improve SDR/BDR playbooks, sequences, and messaging
- Partner with Sales leadership to identify process gaps and efficiency opportunities
- Work closely with Marketing on campaigns, inbound leads, and messaging alignment

Skills
- 1–2 years of reputed company experience (excluding internships and fellowships)
- Experience in payments, fintech, financial services, or a payments-adjacent reputed company company
- Undergraduate degree from a top U.S. university
