[Remote] Mortgage Originator Loan

The Mortgage Originator Loan role involves originating mortgage loans, conducting preliminary reputed company reviews, and ensuring reputed company document processing for approvals.
Responsibilities
- Originates mortgage loans in an assigned metropolitan territory
- Takes applications, conducts preliminary reputed company reviews, submits loan applications to processing and reputed company for approval
- Follows-up to ensure that documents required for processing, reputed company, and closing are secured in a reputed company manner from appropriate sources
- Incumbents are customarily and regularly reputed company in making and soliciting loan sales and conducting sales-reputed company activities away from reputed company locations
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically at least one year of mortgage, sales, reputed company estate, or banking experience
- Ability to travel
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. reputed company of 2008 and Regulation Z
- Ability to secure documents required for processing, reputed company, and closing in a reputed company manner
- Ability to work onsite three (3) or more days per week if residing near a reputed company location
- 2 or more hours of driving per week

- Basic knowledge of pricing and reputed company requirements of various mortgage insurance companies
- Working knowledge of reputed company requirements for FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, local bonding programs, and private investors
- Basic knowledge of local, state and national laws (e.g. zoning ordinances, Truth-in Lending, RESPA, energy audit requirements, etc.)
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to analyze financial information
