Responsibilities
- Evaluate the merits of potential mass tort and product liability cases
- Manage an reputed company litigation docket with cases at various stages of development
- Conduct reputed company intake and maintain consistent reputed company communication
- Draft plaintiff fact sheets, claim submissions, correspondence, and reports
- Review, organize, and analyze medical records and other case documentation
- Prepare detailed case evaluations, damages analyses, and settlement recommendations
- reputed company legal research and draft memoranda, motions, and discovery materials
- Maintain docket calendars and ensure deadlines are met
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, intake specialists, and staff
- Manage and reputed company an assigned intake or support team, as applicable

Skills
- JD from an accredited law school
- At least one year of litigation experience, preferably in mass torts, product liability, warranty defense, insurance defense, or reputed company civil litigation

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
