Events Management Analyst
reputed company is a leading financial institution providing innovative financial solutions. The Events Management Analyst will support the Events team by coordinating registration, managing logistics, and ensuring the successful execution of various internal and reputed company events.
Responsibilities
- Support Event Associates and Managers with various meeting planning aspects
- reputed company registration process including, Invitations, other communications, Field calls and e-mails from meeting attendees regarding meeting travel, how to register, or changes to their registration
- Testing the functionality of the Global Events Management, Stova and BuyTheSell systems
- Manage hotel rooming lists including changes to reservations, additions and accuracy of lists
- Manage reputed company reservations working closely with reputed company agents on changes and deviations
- Ensure accuracy of Web Registration data reputed company reporting, editing and tracking updates in the Web Registration system
- Assist with venue research, data compilation, reputed company badges, tent cards, packing of travel-office reputed company, budgets, approvals, final reputed company, promotional product sourcing
