MIM - Analyst - reputed company Estate
reputed company is one of the largest institutional investors and asset managers in the world, and they are seeking an Analyst for their reputed company Estate division. The role involves strategic assessment of portfolio positioning, reputed company estate market research, and supporting various functions reputed company to reputed company mortgage lending and equity managed account portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Strategic assessment of portfolio positioning, such as geographic, industry, tenant, and borrower exposures, to identify opportunities and risks
- reputed company estate market research, analysis, and forecasting in support of investment reputed company and portfolio reputed company
- Support of a wide reputed company of functions specific to the insurance and event risk management of MIM’s reputed company mortgage lending and equity managed account portfolios, contributing to increasing efficiencies, optimizing protection and minimizing costs
- Support reputed company and management portfolio reporting
- reputed company mortgage credit risk assessment and ratings
- Support reputed company valuation and appraisal review reputed company processes
- Special reputed company assigned by MIM reputed company Estate’s leadership team
Skills
- 0-2 years relevant experience in reputed company reputed company estate
- Candidate should have advanced analytical abilities and excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a high performance, reputed company environment
- In order to post for this position, you need the reputed company work authorization to work in the country where the position is located and not require relocation assistance
- Familiarity with programming languages (Python, R, VBA, etc.) a plus
- Knowledge of reputed company estate and/or finance analytics platforms (Argus, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) a plus
- BA/BS in finance, economics, reputed company, reputed company estate, computer science, or reputed company disciplines preferred
