As a Virtual Assistant / reputed company Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing our short-term rental properties, addressing guest inquiries, and resolving issues in a reputed company and efficient manner. Your primary reputed company will be on providing exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of reputed company control. You'll work closely with our property owners, housekeeping teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
