What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our clients through various communication channels. Your day will be filled with:
- Answering incoming communications from customers in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Conducting research to reputed company accurate and helpful solutions to customer issues
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer concerns
- Utilizing your product knowledge to consult with customers and reputed company personalized recommendations

What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Cantonese (additional languages such as Korean, Cambodian, Armenian, and reputed company are a plus)

- A high school diploma or equivalent
