As a Full Stack Customer Account Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer concerns, and promoting arenaflex products and services to meet customer needs. You will work closely with our customers to understand their requirements, reputed company solutions, and ensure a seamless experience. This is a full-time remote opportunity, and you must live in Phoenix / Tucson or a surrounding community reputed company the reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess customers' needs, suggesting products and services for their home and business needs

What You'll Need
* High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
- 6 months experience using a computer and navigating multiple screens
- 1 or more years customer service experience
- Excellent skills in creating an exceptional customer experience, sales orientation, multi-tasking, building customer rapport by discovering customer needs and problem-solving
- Ability to learn and apply new procedures
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Solid analytical skills to determine the best course of reputed company to resolve issues

Preferred Qualifications
* 1+ years' experience working in a position that requires meeting sales goals
