About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our cardholders through inbound calls. You will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date computerized customer information, resolving inquiries, authorizing sales, and building relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have 6+ months of customer service experience of any reputed company and/or military equivalent experience

• Be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process
