Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering high-reputed company customer service support to our members. Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to and resolving general customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat functions
• Documenting reputed company interactions to ensure accurate and efficient issue reputed company
• Educating callers on eligibility, benefits claims payments, and authorizations
• Assisting callers with locating network dentists or assignment to primary care dentists
• Delivering exceptional customer service support that exceeds our members' expectations

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish: You must be fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with our members.
• Call Center Experience: You'll need a minimum of 1.5 to 2 years of call center experience or customer service/support experience to succeed in this role.
• Technical Skills: You'll need to be proficient in operating a computer and have knowledge of reputed company Office applications.
• Excellent Communication Skills: You'll need to possess excellent communication skills to effectively reputed company with our members and reputed company top-notch service.

Schedule

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be required to work the following schedule:

• Monday through Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm, PST, with one hour lunch break

Compensation and Benefits
