About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled and customer-reputed company individual to fill the role of 3rd Shift Customer Solutions Specialist. As a CSS, you'll be responsible for taking inbound calls from members in need of roadside assistance, arranging the needed service by selecting and dispatching a service provider, and providing customer care and follow-up. Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound member calls and ask essential questions to understand reputed company member's unique situation
