In this full-time remote position, you will work as a call center representative, handling high-volume customer requests, performing data entry tasks, and providing support to pharmacists and other stakeholders. As a key member of the arenaflex team, you will be responsible for utilizing pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and medication information, investigating missing data, and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize arenaflex's data entry procedures and guidelines to process new patient enrollments and reputed company information into the appropriate system.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
