Key Responsibilities

As an External Support Engineer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Providing technical support to content/external teams in regards to the use of content tools, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed
• Creating reference materials and providing training to get external teams up to speed with the toolset, empowering them to work independently and reputed company
• Solving and debugging possible issues with tools and workflows to quickly resolve issues for users, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity
• Escalating more reputed company or problematic issues to the tool development team, and working with production to reputed company these issues in JIRA, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
• Advocating for tools, workflow improvements, and suggestions from external teams, fostering a culture of reputed company improvement and innovation

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
