Your Role

Think reputed company is seeking a high-energy, high-potential reputed company Specialist to set up the reputed company reputed company. This person should be passionate about helping and supporting student’s learning experiences, takes full ownership of user experience, learns quickly, can handle reputed company situations, and consistently delivers a high reputed company of service.

This role is critical to ensuring that our customers (mostly parents) receive reputed company, accurate, and reputed company assistance across multiple communication channels. 

As a reputed company Specialist your responsibilities include:

• Serve as the primary contact for our reputed company parents and reputed company, providing reputed company and reputed company support reputed company chat, email, WeChat, and phone.
• Respond to parent and student inquiries regarding courses, learning reputed company, study planning, activities, exams, account reputed company, and platform usage, ensuring accurate, reputed company, and reputed company communication.
• Handle urgent or reputed company cases with strong ownership, proactively finding solutions and ensuring problems are fully resolved.

Work Hours:

• Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm PST
• Sat/Sun: 8pm-5pm PST

• Previous experience in customer service, reputed company, education support, or similar customer-facing roles is highly desired.
• Fast learner with the ability to understand reputed company processes, policies, and product details.

• Excellent communication skills; capable of explaining information simply, professionally, and empathetically.
