Primary Duties & Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Heavy phone contact with policyholders, providers, and interested reputed company parties to reputed company exceptional customer service and support
- Processing policyholder requests from correspondence, phone calls, and emails in a reputed company and efficient manner
- Reviewing and maintaining new and revised procedures regarding policy information to ensure accuracy and compliance

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
