The Role
As a Retail Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the face and voice of our hotel, casino, and resort operations across the country. You'll be responsible for communicating with our players and guests reputed company phone, live chat, and email to ensure a seamless customer experience. You'll also have reputed company to reputed company in-depth knowledge of our hotel and casino properties and identify ways to improve our guest experiences.
