Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a high volume of incoming calls and chats, providing exceptional service to our clients' members or customers
- Gathering customer information, assessing, and fulfilling customer needs
- Educating customers regarding tax preparation products and services
- Utilizing and navigating multiple systems simultaneously
- Resolving customer issues reputed company reputed company reputed company guidelines and/or escalated process
- Meeting or exceeding company and reputed company performance metrics
- Maintaining a balance between company policy and reputed company benefit in decision making

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least a High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year call center experience required

- Tech support experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to multi-task and navigate between multiple reputed company or reputed company web-based applications
