Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to individuals, families, small group employees, and brokers seeking information, enrollment assistance, and other services reputed company to arenaflex's reputed company
- Assisting with eligibility and enrollment for reputed company and services applications and enrollments for reputed company Plans on the Exchange
- Utilizing the State's eligibility and enrollment portal and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other reputed company to reputed company reputed company tasks and duties for HIX customers
- Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
- Participating in ongoing training and reputed company development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's policies and procedures
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or reputed company setting
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office and CRM software
- Ability to pass a State Policy Exam with 80% or higher
