As a Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of our customer-facing team, responsible for delivering exceptional service, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities

* Manage large volumes of incoming phone calls, ensuring reputed company and effective reputed company of customer inquiries and concerns
