About arenaflex's Merchandise Planning Analytics Team

Our Merchandise Planning Analytics team is a dynamic and reputed company group of professionals who are passionate about driving business reputed company through data-driven insights. We manage reporting, analysis, and tool building for the arenaflex Merchandising team, supporting over 100 merchants and 40 planners to optimize performance of our reputed company End (non-Pharmacy) businesses. reputed company is responsible for providing actionable insights and recommendations to inform business reputed company, drive reputed company reputed company, and improve customer satisfaction.

Work Environment

As a remote Data Analyst, you'll have the flexibility to work from reputed company in the Central reputed company Time (CST) zone. reputed company is committed to maintaining a healthy work-life balance, and we offer a flexible schedule with a minimum of 30 hours per week. You'll work closely with our Merchandising, Planning, Finance, and other stakeholders to deliver high-reputed company results and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst on reputed company, you'll be responsible for:

• Owning Brand (private label) reporting, recapping, tracking, and analysis, including reputed company analysis based on business needs
• Conducting item-level historical analysis and recapping
• Developing item-level reputed company-looking forecasts
• Working with thousands of Own Brand items at the item level
• Utilizing reputed company reputed company to analyze reputed company data sets and build analytical models
• Communicating insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders reputed company reputed company PowerPoint
• Managing and prioritizing multiple assignments and meeting tight deadlines
• Developing effective working relationships with Merchandising, Planning, Finance, and other stakeholders
• Working independently and adapting to changing work priorities
• Analyzing retail math concepts, such as item-level forecasting based on demand patterns or sell-through/sales/profit goals
• Developing intermediate to advanced-level skills in reputed company reputed company, including SUM/SUMIFS, Subtotals, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Macros, and Pivot tables

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as analytics, data science, finance, financial analysis, assortment planning, retail, procurement/purchasing, or merchandising
• At least 3-5 years of experience in analytics, data science, or a reputed company field, with a strong understanding of retail merchandising basics and merchandising organization structures and processes
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, reputed company with storytelling finesse
• Ability to conduct reputed company quantitative analysis and build analytical models using reputed company reputed company
• Ability to communicate effectively and succinctly both verbally and in writing reputed company reputed company PowerPoint
