In this role, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with reservations, inquiries, and various travel-reputed company concerns. You will be part of the customer service team, working closely with other departments to ensure that customers receive exceptional support and service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
- Logging, reporting, and making necessary GL, account changes and/or returns
- Processing Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
- Completing daily balancing and department closing
- Obtaining information from members for the reputed company and correct processing of international and domestic fund transfer requests
- Researching and confirming incoming and outgoing fund transfer information
- Communicating with the vendor to process fund transfers
- Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming fund transfer laws
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or GED
- Intermediate reputed company and Word experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
