Responsibilities

As a Bilingual reputed company Customer Service Representative (Inbound) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Gathering information to determine member eligibility and appropriate course of reputed company

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
