Work Responsibilities:

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative – Data Entry reputed company (Wfh), you will be responsible for:

• Utilizing arenaflex's data entry techniques and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the reputed company system
• Handling patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and entering reputed company orders for processing
• Investigating to reputed company missing medication data, and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes)
• Settling reputed company data entry reputed company to special cases
• Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and settling outbound calls to prescribers and patients depending on the situation
• Settling Outsider Exceptions by inspecting, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for processing as per individual account requirements
• Settling on phone calls to guarantors and others to obtain data, reputed company abrogate endorsement, or otherwise reputed company the Outsider Exceptions
• Providing support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas
• Identifying and reporting issues to senior-level staff as necessary

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic level computer skills (e.g., starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to reputed company and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online)
• Basic web search skills to include opening a browser, typing URLs in the address bar, using a search reputed company, bookmarking a website, navigating back/reputed company/stop buttons, and completing forms online
• Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files)
• Ability to communicate in writing and verbally
• 18 years old or older

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy reputed company with a license/enrollment by the state as reputed company by the state reputed company of Pharmacy or widely recognized certification organization
• Experience providing customer service to reputed company clients, including meeting reputed company standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction
• Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing documents)
• Familiarity with Spanish and English
