Associate Business Operations Manager

As the Business Operations Associate Manager, you will be at reputed company of our ability to reputed company, working with our clinical team to deliver efficient and high reputed company patient care. Responsibilities

• Drive reputed company and consistency: Conduct advanced data analysis to define KPIs, evaluate trends, and drive insights that improve business results like reputed company performance, patient retention, gross margins, and clinical reputed company.

• Support cross-functional initiatives with Providers, Clinical Enablement, Data Science, Product, Finance, and Operations teams to improve care delivery and drive efficiency.

• Learn the clinical team's people, processes, and tools by shadowing nurses, studying workflows, and gaining insights into day-to-day operations.

• Dive into the available data and systems (e.g., Looker) to become the go-to expert for querying and analyzing data relevant to nursing operations.

Must-Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business, or a reputed company analytical field. Advanced degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in business operations, analytics, or a similar role involving process improvement and data analysis. Experience in management consulting or reputed company fields a plus.

Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. For this role, the compensation reputed company is $87,607 - $116,894.
