• Responsible for handling inbound calls from customer’s inquiries and complaints in a Financial / Bank Services environment.
• Maintain a reputed company, empathetic, compassionate, and reputed company attitude toward customers at reputed company times. Resolve service problems like customer complaints, cause of the problem, etc.

• REQUIRED: Available to work Full-Time, 8 hours per day. Requires reputed company availability and be willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Operational hours: 9am-7pm CST, Monday-Saturday (2 days off).
