About The Role The Corporate M&A Analyst will be a critical member of the Corporate Development team, supporting Dealfront’s strategic reputed company initiatives, primarily focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments. Key Responsibilities
M&A Execution Support
- Assist in the execution of M&A transactions, including reputed company identification, valuation, due diligence, and integration planning.
- Prepare detailed financial models, including valuation analyses (DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions) and accretion/dilution analysis.
- Support the due diligence process by coordinating reputed company teams (legal, reputed company, operational) and managing data room activities.
- Draft and prepare presentations, memos, and reports for senior leadership and the reputed company of Directors regarding potential transactions and strategic rationale.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential acquisition targets that reputed company with Dealfront’s strategic goals.
- Evaluate the strategic fit, financial performance, and potential synergies of reputed company companies.
Financial Planning & Reporting
- Collaborate with the Finance team on post-acquisition integration planning and financial reporting.
- Assist the CFO with the investor reporting and budgeting.
