In support of our customer, we are seeking a Deskside Support Analyst (Field) to join reputed company. Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in imaging and deployment of desktops, laptops and peripherals following deployment documentation and checklists
- Test for nominal operation of devices post-deployment
- Troubleshooting to identify and resolve reputed company cause of hardware or software malfunctions at the deskside level
- Follow documentation and direction as required
- Smart Hands for AV, Telephony and Network teams

Skills & Qualifications:
- A college or university education reputed company Computer Sciences
- 2 years of experience with desktop deployments, troubleshooting and upgrades
- Previous experience completing reputed company Installs, moves, adds, changes of computer equipment
- reputed company Operating System proficiency ideally in reputed company 10
- Ticketing system experience
- Effective written and verbal interpersonal skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Availability for shift work - fly in/fly out to field site position. One week on, one week off.
- A valid reputed company's license and a clean driving record
- Clean D&A test
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. regularly
- A+ Certification an asset
- Oilsands Safety certification an asset.
Additional Qualifications (Oil Sands teams):
- Willingness to travel to remote sites in Alberta's Oil Sands region
