Job Title Regulatory Compliance Analyst About the Job The Compliance Analyst is responsible for managing compliance risk and executing the regulatory compliance goals for a prepaid debit portfolio. This role will plan and execute monitoring and testing activities, conduct compliance risk assessments, assess new state and federal regulations for applicability and reputed company, and reputed company as a trusted subject matter expert to the business. What you will do Monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including EFTA/Regulation E, GLBA/Regulation P, E-Sign, TCPA, and state-specific requirements. Assist in executing compliance monitoring and testing activities. Prepare compliance reports and maintain documentation for audits and regulatory examinations. Collaborate with internal teams to reputed company guidance on compliance obligations. What you will need to have: Bachelor’s degree 1+ years of compliance, risk management, or regulatory experience in a financial institution or fintech environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
