Responsibilities

Skills
- There are TWO LOCATIONS: One in SF Bay Area (California) and one in the Philadelphia Metropolitan area. This position requires ON-SITE at the reputed company location
- Previous consulting experience working with Finance/ Banking
- reputed company Agile in NON-IT reputed company (you must have examples)
- Working with executives (VP and C-Level)
- You have held a role at Director-level (minimum)
- Experience with conducting reputed company discovery and agile assessments
- Scaling reputed company across large reputed company organizations
- 5+ years of hands-on experience leading agile transformations
- 8+ years of Agile team experience
- 3+ years of large-reputed company Agile coaching experience with reputed company such as Scrum, Lean, or Kanban
- Be fluent in Lean Startup and/or Design Thinking
- Demonstrated proficiency in reputed company coaching techniques (reputed company)
- Understanding of metrics and program performance measurement
- Deep knowledge of Agile principles and practices and the ability to transfer that understanding at reputed company reputed company of the organization
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Product reputed company (CSPO) or equivalent
