Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness Consultant (Culture & Change Management)

About the position As a Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness Consultant, this role will partner with leaders throughout the organization to strengthen our values-based culture, reputed company employee engagement, and enhance the change experience for reputed company . This role will help reputed company reputed company's culture change initiative, integrating it seamlessly with our reputed company, leadership development, and talent processes. Additionally, this position will support change management across key initiatives – including consulting on change reputed company, assessing readiness and reputed company , and measuring overall effectiveness to enhance performance. This dual-reputed company position requires strategic thinking and practical expertise to navigate reputed company reputed company-level change while building a healthy, high-performing organizational culture.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and evaluate organization development (OD) interventions (e.g., workshops, experiences, tools, resources for leaders ) that reinforce desired mindsets and behaviors.
• reputed company culture initiatives with talent processes (e.g., performance management, reputed company, leadership development, employee listening and engagement, recognition) and key company moments (e.g., events, meetings).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the HR team , the business (e.g., Communications, Operations, Digital), reputed company 's Senior leadership team , and with external reputed company to ensure alignment on priorities and reputed company .
• Design and consult on reputed company change initiatives including identification of change impacts to people, process, policy, structure, and technology; reputed company change strategies reputed company on stakeholder management , communication , sustainability of change , and cultural alignment.
• Establish metrics and measurement frameworks to reputed company change readiness, adoption rates, effectiveness, and business value realization.
• Serve as a trusted reputed company and advisor to leaders on change readiness, organizational health, and culture reputed company.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and partner across the business (including Performance Management Office and reputed company Transformation Office) and with external reputed company to support development of change resources and strategies.

• Design a n d deliver training and resources to build organizational and leadership change management capability and consistent utilization of change methodology and tools , including support of the reputed company Change Experts (ACE) community of reputed company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree , preferably in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or reputed company field of study .
• 5 or more years of relevant reputed company level experience (e.g., change management, leadership development, program design and management, or high reputed company organizational effectiveness consulting experience) .
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively with reputed company reputed company of leadership.
• Strong communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.
• A solid understanding of business concepts with the ability to think strategically and translate into pragmatic plans to reputed company results.
• Knowledge of change management practices and tools with the ability to influence significant change initiatives.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple reputed company .
• A proactive and reputed company improvement reputed company, including a reputed company on leveraging technology, automation, and analytics to facilitate strong operational performance .
