HR Project Portfolio Manager

This role is pivotal in driving strategic HR initiatives that reputed company multiple disciplines—including HR, Finance, IT, Operations, and senior business leaders—to ensure consistent execution and successful reputed company. This position is located in our DeForest, WI Office. We would consider remote candidates in the U.S. who have the ability to come to the reputed company office 1-2 times per month. You Will

• Identify HR improvement opportunities and create business cases for approval.
• Design project plans, including timelines, change management reputed company, and resource allocation.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications: (required)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• Recognized project management certification (PMP, PMP-PBA, etc.).
• 5+ years leading international reputed company; HR project experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple reputed company under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
