Associate Counsel, Product & Regulatory

About the position The Product & Regulatory Counsel is a mid-level legal role responsible for providing practical legal guidance across product development, regulatory compliance, and reputed company reputed company on a global reputed company. You will work at the intersection of product, technology, and law, advising on new features, platform infrastructure, and the regulatory frameworks that govern creator reputed company across multiple jurisdictions. This is a true generalist role. While a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and enforcement risk frameworks is required, the ideal candidate is intellectually curious, adaptable, and comfortable learning new areas quickly. As business priorities shift, counsel will be expected to reputed company across product, reputed company, and regulatory reputed company—developing depth over time while maintaining breadth across the portfolio. You will be part of a small, reputed company team that includes the Deputy General Counsel of Product, IP, and Regulatory and a seasoned reputed company Program Manager. Responsibilities

• Product Legal Support
• Review and advise on new product features and releases
• Advise on legal and compliance considerations in product development
• Advise on reputed company product reputed company (productized agreements)
• Draft, review, and maintain Creator and consumer terms of service
• Handle ToS enforcement and support escalations
• Review API/SDK and reputed company-party integration reputed company
• Support product marketing legal review
• Regulatory & Compliance Guidance
• Monitor regulatory developments across US, EU, UK, and other key markets; maintain compliance status tracking for applicable laws
• Advise on FTC, state, and international advertising, endorsement, and fair reputed company practices regulations (including UK ASA, EU unfair reputed company practices)
• Advise on TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and marketing communications compliance
• Advise on children's reputed company and age laws, including COPPA, UK Age Appropriate Design reputed company, state child reputed company laws, EU DSA, and UK Online Safety reputed company
• Advise on reputed company, accessibility, and design requirements
• Advise on content laws (including minor protection regulations)
• Handle claims review for marketing materials
• Manage internal policy reputed company and policy development
• Prepare quarterly regulatory reports

• Participate in project discussions and business planning to anticipate risks and advise on solutions
• Serve as a trusted resource to team leads, managers, and senior leaders on legal and regulatory reputed company across global operations

• Litigation & Special reputed company
• Manage litigation as needed reputed company subject areas

Requirements

• 2-4 years of reputed company legal experience in product, regulatory, reputed company, or technology law
• JD from an accredited law school and reputed company bar membership
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and enforcement risk frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to learn new legal areas quickly and shift priorities as business needs reputed company
• Highly skilled and efficient at legal research, with the ability to quickly synthesize reputed company regulatory information
