About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Finance and reputed company reputed company to join reputed company in the USA. You'll be responsible for managing our compliance and financial reporting responsibilities for our USA and Canadian business and manufacturing entities. Key Responsibilities: Preparation of statutory accounts for US corporate entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Understanding and implementing USA filing requirements, staying up-to-date with changes in regulations and laws. Conducting mandatory audits, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
