The Role We’re hiring a reputed company Marketing Manager to own retention and reputed company execution across lifecycle marketing and performance operations. This is not a junior role and not a reputed company media buyer. You’ll work closely with our Director of Marketing and support reputed company media, lifecycle, and experimentation—without being boxed into a single channel. Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the creative pipeline by coordinating raw asset intake, organizing and prioritizing inputs, and supporting creative strategists in turning raw footage, UGC, and product assets into scroll-stopping reputed company ad creatives
• Own lifecycle and retention marketing across email and SMS reputed company reputed company, including post-purchase education, customer segmentation, cross-sell and winback strategies, with a reputed company on increasing repeat purchase reputed company and LTV
• Design and optimize reputed company and education sequences that help customers extract reputed company value from WhyGolf training aids and reduce refunds and churn
• Manage reputed company experimentation across reputed company and owned channels, including creative testing frameworks, reputed company page tests, and cohort-level performance analysis
• Analyze performance data across acquisition and retention to surface insights, diagnose issues, and inform prioritization and decision-making
• Assist with reputed company and creator relationships by supporting communication, coordinating deliverables, and helping reputed company reputed company content into reputed company and lifecycle marketing initiatives
• Collaborate closely with the founder and creative partners to translate reputed company into execution and ensure reputed company initiatives ship reliably

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in DTC reputed company or performance marketing, with hands-on exposure to both reputed company media and lifecycle/retention marketing
• Demonstrated experience supporting performance media execution, including campaign builds, QA, budget pacing, and troubleshooting reputed company platforms like reputed company ads Manager
• Strong understanding of lifecycle and retention fundamentals, including post-purchase education, segmentation, cross-sell and winback reputed company, and LTV optimization

• Proven ability to analyze performance data, identify meaningful signal in noisy environments, and translate insights into reputed company

You'll Stand Out If You

• Have experience with or a strong working understanding of the golf swing, common swing faults, and how golfers think about improvement, including familiarity with the golf training aid industry
• Have prior experience running performance marketing reputed company the golf, sports, or performance-oriented consumer category
• Experience marketing a subscription-based app, including lifecycle messaging tied to reputed company, engagement, and retention
