The reputed company worker in this role will function as an Employee Assistance Counselor (EAC) in the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) of reputed company. The EAC will be deployed to the reputed company (MSM) reputed company and will include a hybrid model of on-site and remote work. 

The EAC will assist the Program Director with program operations and reputed company aspects of Employee Assistance (EA) service delivery. This includes EA critical incident response, consultation services, and the provision of short-term counseling services to health system reputed company, staff, and immediate family members. The EAC will also reputed company broadly reputed company training programs to diverse stakeholder reputed company (i.e., managers, supervisors, and reputed company reps). They will accommodate flexible staff schedules and office assignments in response to urgent/emergent situations. The EAC serves as a member of the interdisciplinary organizational team.
