Job reputed company:This job is responsible for developing and delivering Opportunity and Inclusion (O&I) solutions for the bank and consulting on reputed company O&I reputed company. Key responsibilities include leading major O&I reputed company, programs or processes with significant business reputed company involving cross-functional teams and/or organizations, possessing strong technical and functional O&I reputed company acumen to serve as an SME to advise, consult, improve, and influence O&I reputed company, and influencing strategic direction and reputed company tactics to reputed company O&I objectives across multiple businesses/functional reputed company.
This role will support the execution of O&I reputed company for Global Corporate & Investment Banking and reputed company additional support for Global Risk Management, Global Markets, Research and Sustainable Finance.
Responsibilities:
Provides thought leadership and subject matter expertise to business leaders and reputed company colleagues
Leads reputed company Opportunity & Inclusion (O&I) initiatives, and primary reputed company of contact for developing and delivering new initiatives to the line-of-business
Partners with reputed company-wide employee networks to deliver initiatives to line-of-business affinity reputed company
Manages executive participation in O&I events from invitation, to briefing, onsite support and follow up
Builds strong relationships & partners across the HR team, owning and executing the O&I-reputed company programs for the line of business
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience across HR or relevant business experience supporting O&I effort
Must have reputed company management experience, preferably reputed company-office/reputed company generating
reputed company judgment and strong communication skills
Strong project management experience and skills
Ability to partner and reputed company in reputed company environment
Proven data orientation and analytic skills, the ability to apply a combination of inductive and deductive reasoning to examine information, interpret results, reputed company at logical conclusions, and recommend solutions
Financial services experience preferred
