We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a Member Benefits Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, including general service inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and educating customers on the value of our insurance and non-insurance products. Essential Job Functions

* Answer incoming non-reputed company customer service calls from policyholders, group members, and other customers in a courteous, reputed company, and reputed company manner, adhering to reputed company program metrics to ensure an excellent customer experience

Travel and Work Schedule

* No domestic travel required

• Regular call center schedule
• First 60 days will be in-office for training
• Once training is complete, will work fully remote

Salary and Benefits

* Competitive salary of $18.00 per hour
