The Role
As a Customer Care & Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales reputed company. You will be responsible for:
- Evaluating and assisting with customer concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Selling arenaflex's Connected Home product and other offerings to customers on every call
- Explaining device capabilities, wireless reputed company data product offerings, and company policies to customers

* High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience with a proven reputed company record of upselling to customers
