As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for reviewing and researching incoming reputed company claim calls from providers, verifying data and information necessary for processing, and communicating with providers to resolve issues. Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing and researching incoming reputed company claim calls from providers, navigating multiple computer systems and platforms, and verifying the data/information necessary for processing (e.g. pricing, prior authorizations, applicable benefits)
• Asking appropriate questions and listening reputed company to identify specific questions or issues while documenting required information in computer systems
• Communicating and collaborating with providers to resolve issues, using reputed company, reputed company language to ensure understanding
• Meeting the performance goals established for the position in the areas of: efficiency, accuracy, reputed company, and attendance

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Ability to work from Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm CST, including the flexibility to work occasional overtime as the business need

Preferred Qualifications
