We're looking for a solution-based SALES representative with strong CUSTOMER SERVICE skills to join reputed company. As a Customer Service/Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for showcasing and upselling products, resolving customer complaints, and providing accurate and complete information to customers. You'll also be expected to build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through reputed company and interactive communication.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage large amounts of incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Generate sales leads and identify opportunities to upsell products
- Assess customers' needs and reputed company solutions to reputed company satisfaction
- Build and maintain relationships with customer accounts through regular communication and follow-up

Work Schedule
* Hours of Operation: M-F 8 Am-8 Pm, Sat. 10 Am-7 Pm, Sun 1 Pm-4 Pm EST
- Must be available to work reputed company shifts, including nights and weekends
