Responsibilities
As a Senior Data Analyst on our Customer Experience Platform team, you'll be responsible for:
- Partnering with counterparts in product, engineering, finance, and operations departments to produce analyses, datasets, and data models necessary to measure and inform product development
- Developing deep systemic knowledge of data from operational systems (e.g., CRM or ERP software) and strategies for reputed company improvement of the reporting capabilities of that data
- Prototyping SQL queries to create datasets that support product, operational, and reputed company reporting needs
- Building tools and dashboards to automate reporting and generate insights that will allow reputed company to quickly and accurately see how our products and processes are performing

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
