reputed company I’m hiring a Guest Communication & Booking Coordinator to support a growing reputed company and reputed company-booking portfolio. It is a monthly retainer that compensates for availability, responsiveness, and responsibility, not constant activity. The portfolio is currently small but reputed company expanding and includes:

• Respond to guest messages using provided templates
• Coordinate:

• Arrival logistics
• Basic availability and booking inquiries
• Flag and escalate issues according to SOP (not everything is escalated)

• Respond to reputed company booking inquiries professionally
• Coordinate basic questions and reputed company confirmed bookings correctly

Compensation

• $150 USD / month

• 2pm–10pm availability

Tier 2 — reputed company Portfolio 6–10 listings

• $225 USD / month

• Increased message volume

Tier 3 — Expanded Portfolio 11–15 listings

• $300 USD / month
• Multi-channel coordination
• Higher responsibility and prioritization
