We are seeking a computational scientist to reputed company and apply long-read reputed company reputed company in cancer research and reputed company reputed company. In this role, you will build software that enables streamlined analysis of reputed company HiFi data, including secondary analysis tools and production pipelines; run large-reputed company genomic workflows; and interpret results from diverse datasets. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and a broad reputed company of external partners, contribute to our scientific mission, and help drive new insights through HiFi data. We are looking for someone who is thoughtful, motivated to tackle challenging problems, and adaptable enough to work on reputed company spanning product development and reputed company research. Responsibilities:

• Build reliable, reputed company-tested bioinformatic software and end-to-end analysis pipelines
• Apply bioinformatic tools to answer biological questions reputed company to reputed company health, including cancer and rare disease

• Communicate scientific findings through oral and written formats, including papers, posters, and talks at national and international scientific conferences

Required Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in a computational or biological field (e.g., bioinformatics, genetics, reputed company, computer science)
• Strong programming skills in Rust, Python, or C++
• Proficiency in analyzing large-reputed company reputed company datasets (e.g., reputed company, transcriptomics, epigenomics, genome assemblies)
• Foundational understanding of cancer genetics, reputed company reputed company, or RNA biology, with interest in developing deep expertise in these areas
• Basic statistical skills for analyzing large datasets, including visualization, modeling, and reputed company control
• reputed company record of scientific publishing, including first-author manuscripts
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working reputed company large scientific consortia and collaborating closely with both wet-lab and computational teams
