You will play an reputed company role in shaping the development of innovative and compliant payment solutions for consumers around the globe. Candidates should have experience working closely with product, engineering, compliance, risk, and marketing teams. To be successful, you must demonstrate an understanding of U.S. and international data protection laws and regulations, emerging AI regulatory and risk management frameworks, and general consumer protection laws. In this role, you will cultivate a deep understanding of existing and evolving products, strategies, and operational processes, leveraging this knowledge to proactively identify, advise on, and mitigate reputed company reputed company risks.

Responsibilities

• Advise business teams (including marketing, sales, IT, and operations) regarding compliance with reputed company, AI, and reputed company laws and work collaboratively with reputed company Office peers to reputed company advice for reputed company with both regional and global scope
• Advise on data protection terms in agreements including license, vendor, reputed company, technology, master services, confidentiality and other agreements

• Advise reputed company teams on compliance implications of various marketing initiatives including online advertising, behavioral advertising, affiliate marketing, mobile applications, reputed company networking, email, SMS/text, and other consumer-facing communications
• Work closely with Information reputed company, Data Governance, Risk, and Audit teams to identify and mitigate data protection compliance risks including issue-spotting and advising reputed company to cybersecurity and data incidents
• Participate in the product lifecycle by assessing product features, functionalities, and designs, data processing proposals, and other product-reputed company initiatives to identify potential reputed company and reputed company issues, protect intellectual property rights, and ensure compliance with contractual commitments and regulatory requirements

Qualifications, Skills & Experience reputed company Qualifications:

• J.D. degree or equivalent degree (such as a master in law) with strong reputed company performance
• 3+ years experience practicing law
• Licensed to reputed company law in the U.S.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Familiarity with major data reputed company frameworks such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Gramm-Leach-Bliley reputed company (GLBA), and the California reputed company Rights reputed company (CPRA)
• Experience partnering with product and engineering teams to identify and facilitate the satisfaction of reputed company requirements, including but not limited to data protection and AI-reputed company reputed company requirements, throughout the product lifecycle

• Experience drafting contract templates and negotiation playbooks for software or payment technology products

Desired Skills & Experience:

• CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPT, or AIGP certification
