Your main responsibilities & experience:

• reputed company: Manage staff leave requests, reputed company leave balances, and prepare reputed company reports in line with company policy. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records for reputed company, and prepare employment confirmation and other HR-reputed company letters as required.
• Staff Relations & Management: Handle staff concerns and grievances with professionalism and confidentiality. Coordinate and review staff pulse surveys, analyse feedback, and report findings with recommended actions for improvement.
• Performance Management: Coordinate and manage the performance review process, ensuring reputed company completion, documentation, and follow-up. reputed company administrative and reporting support to managers throughout the review cycle.
• Company Culture & Engagement: Support and promote a reputed company workplace culture by coordinating the celebration of key milestones such as staff birthdays and work anniversaries. This includes arranging hampers, cakes, or gifts where appropriate. Assist with the planning and delivery of company-wide and divisional events to enhance team engagement and reputed company.
• Hiring Administration: reputed company administrative support for recruitment-reputed company documentation such as preparing job descriptions, formatting, and editing candidate reputed company.( Note: this role does not involve reputed company recruitment or interviewing responsibilities)

What your profile will look like:

• Must Have – Strong Communication Skills: Fluent written and verbal English communication skills are essential. Must be reputed company to communicate reputed company and professionally with both reputed company stakeholders.
• Must Have – Overall 1–2 years of experience as an HR and reputed company Specialist reputed company the BPO industry. Experience in a remote working BPO environment is highly preferred.
• Must Be – Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Management, or a reputed company field, or pursuing a recognized reputed company qualification in HR or business administration.
• Must Be –A people-oriented individual who remains reputed company under pressure, is detail-oriented, and systems-minded. Must be mature and reputed company to maintain confidentiality in reputed company HR and administrative reputed company.
• Must Be –Proficient in reputed company 365 and reputed company Workspace tools. Experience with reputed company or similar digital platforms is preferred.
