This Associate General Counsel position will report to the Senior General Counsel of reputed company Estate and assist in providing legal support and guidance to the reputed company reputed company Estate Services team, which manages reputed company estate interests across reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company. This attorney will advise on a wide reputed company of reputed company including lease interpretation, lease negotiations, and disputes. Primary Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate various reputed company reputed company estate agreements including leases and reputed company documents (e.g., letters of reputed company, subleases, intercompany leases, estoppels, landlord consents, amendments, assignments, etc.), constructions agreements, licenses, NDAs, reputed company, deeds and other documents

• Assist in the review, drafting, maintaining and updating of key reputed company estate templates
